The promise and its status
The confirmed principle is that a business still committed to another provider receives the same number of free months on its Loocas subscription. This document proposes the implementation terms for a future order; the current simulator activates no entitlement, payment or contract. This is neither reimbursement of the previous provider nor payment of its invoices or termination charges.
Eligibility and supporting documents
The proposed framework covers a business activating a Loocas e-commerce subscription and evidencing a remaining binding commitment for review collection or display services with another provider. The request is submitted before activation with the contract or a statement establishing the account holder, service and commitment end date. Irrelevant information, including customer data or trade secrets, may be redacted. Loocas supplies a reasoned decision and the calculation before the order is accepted; no paid subscription is needed to receive that summary.
Number of free months
The offer document states the reference date and evidenced commitment end date. All remaining months are included; this proposal sets no commercial cap on free months. To avoid reducing the promise, a remaining partial month is rounded up: five months and twelve days therefore give six free months. A renewable period with no remaining binding commitment is not artificially treated as an annual commitment. The calculation, dates and relevant Loocas plan are confirmed in writing; changes caused by delayed activation require the customer’s agreement.
What is included
The discount covers 100% of the recurring price of the specified Loocas subscription for the confirmed number of months. The agreed functions and volumes are not reduced because the period is free. Hardware, creator collaborations, rights purchases and separately accepted additional services are not included. The offer cannot be converted into cash and does not reimburse expenditure elsewhere. The e-commerce Network plan retains its announced scope of 100,000 review requests per month for €199 excluding VAT per month after the free period, subject to the accepted order.
Start, end and no hidden commitment
The free period begins on the agreed activation date, not when someone tries the website demonstration. Dates, the subsequent price and billing frequency are presented before acceptance. By default, no additional minimum paid term is imposed: the customer may cancel before the free period ends under the monthly cancellation arrangements, without retroactively repaying the discount. A reminder is sent at least fifteen days before the first paid renewal. An annual term applies only if expressly chosen and explained.
Combining offers and changing plans
Combining this offer with an annual discount or another promotion is not automatic; the offer document specifies the benefits retained and their order of application. It cannot reduce the confirmed switching months after acceptance. A plan change during the free period requires written agreement on the remaining balance; no silent loss or reduction applies. Months are not counted repeatedly for the same commitment or artificially added across contracts covering the same service and business.
Previous contract, migration and disputes
The customer remains responsible for its actions and obligations towards the previous provider. Loocas does not terminate that contract without a separate mandate. Any review import must respect rights, licences and provenance evidence; the discount does not remove those checks. Documentary errors are clarified before the offer changes. Documented fraud may lead to withdrawal of the benefit after reasons and an opportunity to respond are provided, without an invented automatic penalty. Any amounts due and remedies are determined under the contract and applicable law.
